All products are sent from ourselves, not a third party, using our authorised courier/postal service. Orders are processed during office hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are not guaranteed to be shipped that day. We do not work on any public holidays, e.g., bank holidays. This means all deliveries will be pushed back to the next business day.

Royal Mail 1st Class

• Delivery can take 1 to 3 working days. 
• This option is NOT a next-day delivery guaranteed option.
• You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.

Royal Mail 2nd Class

• Delivery can take up to 7 working days.
• You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.

Collection

• Our unit is based in Droitwich, Worcestershire. You are welcome to come and collect any order you place.
• Once you have received a completed order email, you are free to come and collect your order. We are open between 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, you can collect any time within these hours.
• No order is too small or too big to collect.

International Delivery Options

For International orders please note, that there could be duties and taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges.

• Depending on location, delivery can take up to 6 weeks during busy periods.
• Only available for selected countries.
